Default Poker770 wont pay me

Hello, I have a problem with the poker770 site. I have sent them more
than 5 e-mails in the past 2 months and I can't get an answer from them
so I write here for my issue.

I requested a $38.41 cashout to my click2pay account on march 20th and
poker770 ask me for documents, so I sent them the documents 3 times and
since I havent heard anything from there side.

I also called 2 times directly to poker770 and both times there is message ...we are not available at the moment, please your name and phone number... well they didnt call me back.

I also sent an e-mail to the iPoker network about this issue but I never
got any reply from them.

What can I do now?

Thanks for helping me

Think yourself lucky it's such a small amount.

I recall reading something here about the iPoker network, and it wasn't very flattering.

Try a forum search on "iPoker" and "poker770" to see what has been posted here. You should also google these words to see what other sites have posted about them.

You can also use the PAB service, but you are ONLY allowed ONE GO for a NON ACCREDITED casino/poker/bingo operation, so you should decide whether for a mere $38 it is worth it, as you may well find yourself with a more substantial sum at stake at a non-accredited operation at a later date.

Check the section "CM Poker" for poker rooms that have been vetted by the Meister himself, and consider playing at one of these instead. Don't forget, ONE poker alias allowed per NETWORK, not per SKIN. You should make sure that Poker770 has NOT moved to another network, which might result in you getting tripped up by this rule.

Hi thanks for your answer. You're right I'm lucky because I've heard some players lost in the 4 figures amount on certain poker rooms. I dont really care about this amount, I mostly play on Stars and have my bankroll there.

I searched poker770 on this forum before posting this thread but I will search for iPoker also.

Looks like everyone is getting paid though, but very slowly indeed. It also looks that those that stick up for themselves, and call their bluff (write to iPoker, regulators etc) all of a sudden get paid ASAP - this looks pretty much like they are juggling their cash, and don't have a big enough float to process all withdrawals in a timely manner - i.e, they have to wait for other players to deposit into their float before they can release the next load of withdrawals.
They also seem to have a reputation for being "loose" with their bonuses, and this could have been their downfall, too many winners.

This surely has to be connected to casino770, a French online casino operation that was complained about in the past here.

Dismiss all thoughts of using a "skin to skin" or "chipdumping" method to move stuck funds from the poker770 skin to another one that pays, this will most likely get picked up, and BOTH accounts will get banned, and the funds frozen - you will all be in an even BIGGER mess!

This place can work miracles mate, the casino/poker and sports outfits hate to see anything negative about them on this site, what you said would hurt them more than paying you out the 38 bucks..
